Manhattan Townhouse - New York, NY
The Noranda team managed the conversion of this New York city building from 7 small apartments to an
ultra-luxury 10,000 sq. ft townhouse. Among the many tasks tackled by the team on this project
were completely rebuilding all the walls and floors using steel construction, converting a stone patio into a
lush city garden, and saving and re-finishing as many original fixtures and
moldings as possible.

The Noranda team managed the construction of this
custom designed shingle style 8,500 sq. ft. in an exclusive country club in Osterville, MA.
The home features many cutting edge technologies such as a state of the art geothermal heating and air-conditioning system,
an advanced audio system, and CAT5 enchanced wiring.

Waterfront Estate - Ostervile, MA
The Noranda team managed the construction of this
custom designed shingle style 9,500 sq. ft. waterfront home in Osterville, MA.
In addition to the main house, the project also included the construction of
a seperate carriage house, beautiful inground pool and hot tub, pool house,
and a boardwalk leading to a boat dock.

The Noranda team managed the construction of this dramatic custom
4,000 sq ft. home located directly infront of the Atlantic Ocean
separated only by a 6' wide sea-wall.
The home was designed and built to blend the client's contemporary taste, the surrounding traditional New England homes,
and the natural beauty of the site.

The Noranda team managed the construction of this
development in Cohasset, MA. The project featured ten custom homes
ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft. to 7,000 sq ft.
While all the homes were a classic New England shingle style,
each home had a unique design and its own individual
character.
One of the homes in the project was featured as
the WCVB-TV Channel 5 Concept Home.
